Hello everyone, I would like to ask the problem I faced in making polymer blend film casting.
I prepare the film by mixing PLA and PBAT with ratio of 80:20 in Chloroform (5%wt) for 1 night, under temperature of 50 degree celcius. Then I poured them on the glass surface and let them dry for 1 day under room temperature. The result is the picture I attached . Do you have any suggestions or recommendations to make continuous resulting film? Thank you for your help.

Don't use room temperature for drying.
Keep the solution on hotplate in about 30 degree centigrades for less than 2 h for drying.
