I am working on fuzzy AHP for a research data. At the end the consistency ratio and consistency index are found more than 0.10. It is ok with the spread data which seems unrealistic. Please help me out in this issue asap.

I think the problem in the pairwise comparisons
After having defuzzified each value of the fuzzy input matrix, consistency can be easily verified with the proper threshold. According to Saaty, a CR value of 0.1 or less implies acceptable consistency and such a threshold is usually taken as 0.08 for matrices of size four and as 0.05 for matrices of size three. If the CR value is greater than these thresholds, judgments are likely not reliable and should be reconsidered. Judgment modifications can be performed either using improving consistency tools or asking for a new elicitation.
