Hi everyone, I have a human activity accelerometer dataset. The sampling rate of this data is 60 Hz but after inspecting data I found that the sampling rate is not 60 Hz and there is variation in sampling rate. The data was collected using an android smartphone. As the sampling rate of androids depends on the battery charge, the sampling rate varies here. I want to fix that sampling rate to 60 Hz. I am giving the head of my dataset. I would be grateful if anyone can give any way to fix the sampling rate to 60 Hz in Pandas or Python. Thanks in advance.
Looking at your data, there is quite a large gap between some of the polls, so I wouldn't suggest interpolating between the data points to get the rate you need. I would instead suggest using a rate that corresponds to your average polling rate for your dataset (or lower), then interpolation makes a bit more sense.
