How to fit multiple curves on same data using the curve fitting toolbox in matlab.?

I have a data set and I want to fit multiple curves (say polynomial of order 4, 5, 6 etc) to the same curve using the cftool. While using curve fitting toolbox, it allows to fit only one type of curve at a time. Any suggestions ?
