Let me clear my question further. As, it is well known. When the load is applied, using the nanoindentor,the material goes deformation. During the process of deformation, it passes through elastic and elastic-plastic transition and further to fully plastic regime. Within the elastic regime, the load is found out, which is known as critical load, based on that critical load, the resolved shear stress is calculated. Using the concept of Schimdt factor, how we can calculate the resolved shear stress for those planes which are more susceptible to deformation.
