Please suggest, how to find splitting factor (gII and g perpendicular) values from the EPR spectrum? The synthesized complex is a binuclear copper complex with two different units.

Reviewer has also asked me regarding EPR, please suggest me about the same.
How was the room temperature moment measured and the value calculated? No information is provided nor is there a comparison of the moment to the expected moment.

First of all, the copper complex was measured as powder sample or was dissolved in a solvent? Powder samples have often strong spin spin interactions and therefore frozen solutions are often used for measurements of a transition metal complex. Secondly, the experimental parameters plays an important role before one can look into the EPR data. Before analyzing the EPR data, one has to make sure that it is neither over modulated nor saturated and have enough number of points...
Most importantly, in order to find the hyperfine splitting and anisotropic g values for a copper complex, you would need to measure at low temperature (around 100 K or so) and then simulate the data using EasySpin or any other software to obtain the precise spin Hamiltonian parameters.
