Hi Miky, thank you for your reply. I have very little knowledge on microarray. But can ask researchers who are experts in this. I asked a genetics specialist, and seems very hard to do so. Another suggestion from others is proteomics. Just wonder whether there are other easier ways of doing this.

I think microarray genetic data can give you a vision into the gene expressions-proteins between two samples. Or also using gene library or cDNA libraries if possible. Search for such protein/s requires a previous set of target genes/proteins.otherwise, it would be a lengthy process.
