I have prepared a combination of polymer and inorganic nanoparticles. I wanted to see the change in the disorderness of the polymer after the addition of nanoparticles. It is possible by SAXS. But I would like to know that it is possible by Raman or another analysis.

By using ATR-FTIR over the thin film of the composite material........may be over a 1000 points on a small area. Similarly by TEM. But there will not be any qualitative results.

Abdelkader BOUAZIZ, Polymer is Poly(propylene carbonate), it is almost amorphous. It appears two broad peaks in normal XRD patterns.
Shrikaant Kulkarni , Thermography mainly use for biological applications, in terms of radiation power. Can you please explain, how it will help to find disorderness of polymer?
