According to my research experience you should use silk fibroin instead of poly caprolactone, as PCL do not aid much in cell attachment and proliferation.

PCL is a good cross linking agent. You can use the simple freeze thaw method to fabricate hydroxyapatite hydrogel scaffold with improved mechanical strength for bone tissue engineering.
