You could try a few approaches.

1) If the module backsheet is polymeric you can carefully cut through it to contact the p-n sides of a single cell (obvious disadvantage: destructive measurement)

2) If you have access to a laminator, you can make a mini-module where each cell's electrical contacts are accessible.

3) You could partially shade your cell of interest and identify it's characteristics in the shaded substring of the full IV curve. This technique has been used by Tsuno and Herrmann for spectral responsivity and angular dependent measurements, respectively

I am facing difficulty in calculating "A" value as exp(Vmod/Vt) is becoming very large for 36 cell module and the overall value of "A" is coming zero.

Can you help me regards this?
