How to extract a good RNA with the Rnx Plus kit?

Hi, I'm getting Rnx Plus kit for RNA extraction from shrimp. But the precipitate gives it a firmament and does not dissolve in water. Or it shows smear electrophoresis gel. what is the reason? How to extract a good, pure RNA? Thank you
