I have some time series generated by PSInSAR technique using StaMPS software, that I want to export to google earth for visualization. Can someone help to export them so I can show the displacement time series like it is done by SARPROZ or SARSCAPE. Any help would appreciable.
Exporting .csv file for use in StaMPS Visualizer and QGIS
1. Save PS velocity estimation to a mat file. Enter the following command into Matlab:
o ps_plot(‘v-d’, -1)
2. Load matfile. Enter the following command into Matlab:
o load ps_plot_v-d
3. Save ps.kml (generate from ph_disp for every 10 points with an opacity of 0.4). Enter the following command into Matlab:
o ps_gescatter(‘ps.kml’, ph_disp, 10, 0.4)
4. Export CSV file for visualization in StaMPS Visualizer. Enter the following command into Matlab:
o ps_plot(‘v-do’, ’ts’);
5. A new window will appear. Set a radius (10,000m is a good starting point).
6. Click “TS Plot”.
7. Select the center of the figure.
8. If the resulting figure did not encompass all the points, try a larger radius. If the points are all concentrated in one area and do not fill up the entire circle, try a smaller radius.
9. Once you have reached the desired point coverage, return to the Matlab window without closing the plot windows.
10. Enter the following commands into Matlab:
o load parms.mat;
o ps_plot(‘v-do’, -1);
o load ps_plot_v-do.mat;
o lon2_str = cellstr(num2str(lon2));
o lat2_str = cellstr(num2str(lat2));
o lonlat2_str = strcat(lon2_str, lat2_str);
o lonlat_str = strcat(cellstr(num2str(lonlat(:,1))), cellstr(num2str(lonlat(:,2))));
o ind = ismember(lonlat_str, lonlat2_str);
o disp = ph_disp(ind);
o disp_ts = ph_mm(ind,:);
o export_res = [lon2 lat2 disp disp_ts];
o metarow = [ref_centre_lonlat NaN transpose(day)-1];
o k = 0;
o export_res = [export_res(1:k,:); metarow; export_res(k+1:end,:)];
o export_res = table(export_res);
o writetable(export_res,'stamps_tsexport.csv')
Look for the exported .csv file and move it to the project folder.
