Notes:

For such a wide time range, the process can freeze your browser window for a while.

The export of a single NDVI took me approx. 19 seconds for my selected area.

Thanks everyone for the swift response. Daniel Paluba 's script worked perfectly. But, the downloaded data looks warped,and doesn't represent the shape of the polygon when opened in ArcGIS. I changed the projection of the data into the projection of the polygon. But, the shape, size and location showed differences from the original polygon. Any idea on why this happens and how to fix this? Thanks.

warped images can be actually a bug in exporting MODIS sinusoidal projection in GEE, see this:

Thus, the solution for the shifted output, according to the attached reference, may be in the definition of another crs in exporting process.

According to the different shape of the polygon: try to clip your image collection to your polygon boundaries before exporting. However, GEE will always export the image with the bounding box of the polygon where NoData values are assigned to the areas outside the polygon. In ArcMap, NoData values are visualised with a black background, in QGIS with a transparent background. I think, it will not affect your further analysis.

Thanks for the response. I tried with both EVI and NDVI. Looks like the problem is something related to the projection. It's weird when the shape/size is preserved for Europe, but not for my study area in Australia.

The web version of Google Earth has a limited export ability. Google Earth Pro is better but it still won't fill your need. Google geo products only export KML.

Your project would be better for Google Earth Engine. Check out Timelapse. There is a forum also. Some knowledge of Python would be helpful.

عبدالعباس فضيخ دغبوش Thanks for the response. Of course, i was referring to GGE, not Google Earth. My question now is (after the previous responses), what's the reason for warped datasets, even after projected into the same projection system.

please see my answer above - there is an explanation and the solution for both problems you have mentioned. This is not only the case in Australia, but all over the world. The problem is in the sinusoidal projection of MODIS data. This is an example for a region in Australia.

The spatial analyst extension  Arcgis is for specialized raster analysis it utelises 3D Analyst. The 3D analyst extension is for editing and visualizing in 3D, Network Analyst, Geostatistical Analyst, Schematics and ArcScan among others.
