I know several quantitative quality measures for contrast enhancement in medical images, but sometimes is not enougth and I need the opinion of physicians about the visual quality of the processing.
Are there procedures, surveys, instruments, software to do that?
In case of image enhancement there are no any quality parameter is available.
I think viewer is the only judge for qualitative enhancement in medical images.

Statistical analysis of medical images mainly involves validating the results quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitative analysis is purely objective and qualitative is purely subjective. In qualitative validation, supervised and unsupervised evaluations are the two methods mainly employed. Supervised evaluation is widely used in medical image research. It involves defining the ground truth and comparing the actual results.
Voting policy, Variation Based Method and Maximal a posteriori probability based are the three methods used in supervised evaluation. These methods are applied based on the need. In case of voting policy, results of multiple observers (experts) is noted (their acceptance and rejection) and the most two correlating results are considered.
