I would like to estimate the singlet and triplet energies of my spiro based semiconductor molecules. Some literature says it can be done from low temperature PL, spectra. But, even there is a lot of misleading. So I seek an expert's advice on how to estimate the singlet and triplet energies of an organic molecules experimentally?
It would be greatly appreciated if someone could share the complete procedure for this estimation.

Thanks much Mushraf Hussain . I found the same information from the literature. The confusion is , from UV-Vis absorbance and the emission at -77K how can I estimate the singlet and triple energy. Because some literature says onset value at the peak beginning and some says onset value of peak ending. There I confused.
