I have been investigating the shear rate-dependent viscosity of a polymer in Ansys Polyflow. I know the density of this polymer. Now, I want to use custom viscosity (user-defined viscosity) in my calculation. Is it possible to use user-defined viscosity in Ansys Polyflow calculation?

Here I attached a picture of CFD post-post processing material data setup. There is no option for user-defined viscosity.
