Hi

So I'm trying to grow various microbes into liquid broth with the presence of bio-charcoal... I'm hoping that since charcoal has a relatively large compartments that microbes can enter within it so that I'm able to observe them under SEM.

I want to induce the biofilm formation of these microbes within the charcoal so that they adhere to the charcoal walls using it.... any ideas on how to better enhance the biofilm formation ability?

Some of the bacteria that I'll be using:

Bacillus, E.coli, P. aeroginosa and S. aureus

Cheers
