How to download Sentinel-2 level 2A product?

Hi,

For my studies I require Sentinel-2 data from 2021 to 2022. I downloaded data from https://scihub.copernicus.eu/, but most 2021 data is unavailable (offline). I add selected files to the cart and wait for a download opportunity. But those are always offline.

Could you please guide me to solve this problem?
