Maria, when you write; "I want to dose in wine in various concentrations" do you mean that you need to add the terpenes to wine at known concentrations, or that you need to measure the concentrations of terpenes in wine ?
I would have though that "dose" means "add", but the two answers so far address the measurement of concentration.
