I am interested in picturing my network, that has 6 different types of connections, just like you did in one of your works that can be found on the internet. The most interesting is the one where each layer is a vertical 2d "sheet" and the sheets are connected also with each other. How could I do that in gephi preferably, I would appreciate any advice,

I really enjoy working with Gephi and might be able to help you come up with your own SNA (you can see examples of some of the work that I have done using Gephi). However, it is not clear to me what you mean by a vertical 2d "sheet". Could you send me a private message with your e-mail so that we can schedule a zoom call?

Well, from my own perspective, if the number of the nodes are large (more than 100) , it is better to only give a demo of your network. Otherwise, the graph may be confusing.
