Once that is done, you have to fix this electrooxidation potential of your analyte on the chronoamperometry, and also enter the time you want it to run for, follow this by measuring a fixed amount of your Solvent into the electrochemical cell, start running the chronoamperometry and after every 50 seconds or 100 seconds, add in a fixed volume of your analyte you should notice a spike each time you do this and a step like pattern.
