I have used 30 experimental data set for ANN modelling (Matlab) and RSM based optimization (Design Expert). The RSM and ANN predicted data was compared and it was observed that the ANN model has better prediction ability. Thereafter RSM was used to optimize the experimental condition for maximization of pollutant removal efficiency.
Now, my question is how to optimize the experimental condition for maximization of pollutant removal efficiency by neural network. IN Matlab, Neural network tool, I could only find the options for prediction of experimental values, the optimization option I could not explore.
Please guide.

Very good question. Deep learning algorithm is an application for training data (Yo need to use your prescribed optimization algorithm for optimization task). I do not think for automatic code of optimization in Deep Learning toolbox in Matlab., however., I would like to suggest you some relevant reading to your query:
