Yes I did using orthorhombic grid so that DNA can be restricted even more under dense nucleus plasma. However, since you are trying to block UV radiation effect using the electron orbital shells and nuclei themselves surrounding DNA, the number of atoms within the grid will increase tremendously, forcing the GPU and VGA RAM of your supercomputer to enter a loop. Please check for Liquid Crystals and Computer Simulations type of books written by Claudio Zannoni or any other researcher who has experience over such intrinsic liquids and performed simulations for them.
