Hello Dhaval, usually the easiest method is to use a cytospot, which is basically a centrifuge in which you can fit special chambers hosting a glass slide and your cell suspension solution separated by a membrane. The cells will pass the pore in the membrane and be shot on the glass slide, sticking to it. You can run the H&E staining or other antibody stainings directly after centrifugation.
The technique for mono-layer preparation in cytocentrifuge might be useful. Then you fix the mono-layered glass slide or cover-slip and follow H&E protocol.
