The reviewer advised me to use process macro in analysis instead of SEM for direct effects. My research model is hyes model 8. please suggest an article or video link that uses the hyes process approach.
To my knowledge, hyes provides the complete model analysis instead of each relationship.
In my previous articles mostly, I used hyes while doing the mediation, moderation, mediating moderation, and moderated mediation.
Please guide.
Actually, we examine direct relations by using Simple Linear Regression Model which is one of most common analysis technique for studying the relationship between quantitative variables. This technique helps to identify any existing direct relationship between two variables. The following regression model will be used:
Y = β0 +β1 X + ε
For mediation, moderation, and moderation mediation we use Hayes Models.
I don't think so for direct path's we use Hayes Models.
