I tried to dissolve in HCL, HNO3 separately and mixture of both with DI Water (HCL:HNO3:H2O=10:10:80 by volume) but LiFePO4 did not dissolve. I also mixed solution by magnetic stirrer overnight still black particles are seen in the solution. I assumed those black particles were carbon, so I removed coating from H2O2 but still did not succeed. Please help me with proper procedure.
Try with alkaline fusion with 1:1 in mass Na2HPO4 and NaH2PO4 at 1000 degrees C and then try to dissolve it with HNO3 or aqua regia. If it is still not dissolved, evaporate the liquids up to several milliliters, add distilled water, evaporate again up to several milliliters and add concentrated HClO4. If everything is dissolved, evaporate the HClO4 according to the previous statements, and them add diluted HNO3. Be careful and avoid contact between HNO3 and HClO4 during the procedure.
