How to discard unused classes from a AVIRIS 92AV3C data set ?

The AVIRIS 92AV3C data set (hyperspectral) is having 220 spectral re-

flectance bands. Although it contains 16 labeled classes. Here i want to take 9 classes for reproduction of the paper. Can anybody tell me how to do that process through matlab.
