Could you pls let me know how we can determin Vit D3 on paper base technique ?
I mean how we can load the antibody on it and how that solution run to detect the vit D3 on band? Their are vitamin D3 detection KIT are available, how accurate are they ?
Pls guide me in this.

Concerning vitamin D3 or a D2 I know only only slide test that performs close to the usual testkit on the clinical laboratory analysers. I have tested it myselve and saw their EQAS results. I could bring you in contact with the supplier if you want me to.
The testkits suggested by Jiang and Saleh are interesting but they are not slide tests.

In literature antimoney trichloride were uaed to setect the vitamin D3. ( by titration method)

The antimony trichloride detection / titration of vitamin D in e.g. codliver oil (freed from vitamin A) is a method dating back to the very old days.
In pharmaceutical preparations like vitamin D in oil, the content can be estimated by UV absorbance measurement. However in biological samples including blood serum either chromatographic techniques like HPLC or LC-MSMS have to be used, or immunochemistry based methods. To my knowledge only one slide tests is suitable for field testing.
