There seems to be 4 types of order in perovskite manganite, i.e. Type A, Type G, Type E and Type C, according to Goodenough (Physical Review, 1955, 100, 564-573). However, up to now, it seems that no experimental evidence confirm each type ascribe to any composition. Have you ever read any relevent reference or literature about this?

Adding terms like "G-type" brings even more and more specific. Are you eventually looking for the answer to a more specific question?
I am far from being an expert on this method, but I believe that neutron diffraction and reflectivity can shed (some) light on the AFM ordering of such materials. c.f. Tezuka et al. doi:10.1006/jssc.1998.7961 for a different material systems.

Type A, G, E, G, CE refer to the ordering of the magnetic moments at the Mn-site, not to charge and orbital order.
Charge ordering , and orbital ordering as well, refers the ordering of the Mn3+ and Mn4+ at the Mn sub-lattice. Mn3+ is a Jahn-Teller cationc species; this means that when charge ordering takes place also orbital ordering can be attained. When orbital ordering is established a splitting of the Mn-O bond distances is experimentally detected below the ordering temperature. On average Mn-O bond lenghts are about 1.95 Angstrom in the disordered phase; when orbital ordering is stablished you can measure 2 bond lenghts of about 1.90 A, 2 bond lenghts of about 1.95 A and 2 bond lenghts of about 2.00 A.
