To determine certain PAH's in model solutions there is a ton of methods, i would suggest that GC-MS is the most simple approach. Then a search in the web with "gc ms pah analysis oil" will give you appropriate methods.

Determining PAH's in oils after using an activated carbon will force you to perform in-depth recovery stdies because of a tendency of the PAh's to be bound on activated carbon. The use of isotope labeled standards would ease things.
