Dear all,

I used this link as guidance for titration

(https://pdf4pro.com/view/validation-of-titration-methods-bikeitech-com-5a2e5f.html). According to this link, the series of solution with known concentration prepared in decreasing concentration, analysed, deviation of actual from theoretical calculated and LOQ determined when the RSD is 0.3%.I did the same for one of our sample which uses Metrohm autotitrator. Surprisingly, my RSD get higher for higher concentration. According to the above link, higher concentration tend to get smaller RSD. Since I could not conclude from this, can I just calculate from equivalent amount of analyte detected by the smallest amount of titer and declare it as LOQ?For this I prepared 2.12% of analyte and my actual concentration I get was 2.08% with titre volume of 0.1245 mL HCL of 1.0426 normality.
