How to determine amorphous phase content using FullProf Suite?

Dear researches,

I would like to determine amorphous phase content in my materials (manganites) using the FullProf Suite software. Do you have any idea or experience with how to do that? For example, if I spike my sample with 100 % crystalline standard, how can I assign the known standard weight fraction in the software?
