How to detect fluorescence based NO3- translocation in plants system ?

NO3- is use as a nutrient source for plant growth as well as act as signaling agent. It is considered as primary source for NO generation in plant system. NR and NiR two enzymes are involves in NO3- assimilation.

Do you know any dye to detect NO3- translocation?
