I have coated triacrylate monomer(Pentaerythritol triacrylate)/photoinitiator(DMPA) solution into LC cell.
(LC cells is made by assembling two TEFLON coated glass slides separated by silica spacer.)
After injection dispersion, light exposure was held to photopolymerize monomer to polymer.
But, I have challenge to detach photo-cured film from glass substrate without fracture despite glass was coated by TEFLON.
Is there any solution to detach this film easily from glass???
Or can you recommend another acrylate monomer which has proper viscosity and low adhesion with glass?
I would be very grateful if you could provide references as well.

I'd try sodium hydroxide (NaOH) up to 50 wt%. Start low (say 5 - 10%) and if this isn't successful try more concentrated systems.

You could try to do thermally evaporated gold thin fim of 50nm on the glass substrates first. Then put your other layer on the top of gold films. We found that it is easy to detach the layer on top of gold thin films.
