Ravinder Kumar , while I am personally not at all a fan of it, it is a general convention to use "stars" to denote significant differences, usually *** for p-values of less than 1%, ** for less than 5% but not less than 1%, and * for less than 10% but not less than 5%. See for example a screenshot of a table from a paper and see also the link below for details. It is very easy to do this type of tables in Excel, no need for a special software, but it is also possible to make nice tables in LaTeX.
