I have the following fluorescence results data attached. Where the first column is the x-axis which corresponds to the energy (eV) of the wavelength and the second column is the counts/second which is the y-axis. I am using Origin to fit and I am having difficulty fitting these data using two Gaussian peaks. I also tried with Voigt and BiGaussian distributions for a better fit but still not acceptable fits. I am wondering how can I select the first peak to fit into a Gaussian distribution while the second peak will fit into asymmetric peak like Voigt distribution?

From my point of view, if you have access to the points that generated your file, I would isolate the ones for the gaussian you are interested in and put them into a file apart. Then you can use GnuPlot or R (both free) to perform a non-linear regression. I don't have Origin and never used it and couldn't help to give tips on this software... But GnuPlot and/or R are likely to be a good way to perform what you want.
If you choose Voigt function and fix Lorentzian width to very low value (e.g. 1E-10) all other parameters will be like for Gaussian function. Thus, for one of the band you can do as above, and for the other you do the fit without fixing of the parameters values.
Additionally, if you have OriginPro you can use "Fit Peaks" function in "Peak Analyzer" tool. Then you can choose a function for each band separately.
