How to define the pores as the fluid domain ?

Hi All,

I'm trying to simulate laminar fluid flow inside a porous structure. I'd like to know how to define the cavity as the the fluid domain through which the fluid have to flow.

I'd much appreciate it if someone know how to define this domain in the right way. Thanks in advance for your help!
