Intersting question.

My bet would be that it is nociceptive as the dura is not really “neuro” per say. It is a tissue that covers the Nervous system but not a nerve or nerve sheath thus its neither neurogenic or neuropathic. the mennings don’t really look like myelin histologically.

Lets wait for an better informed answer.

Sarah, I agree with Asaf, although one could make an argument that if the pain originated near the nerve root where the dura becomes integral to the nerve root sheath that the pain at that origination would be both.
