Most of us publish our researches in journals. One of the criteria for selecting a journal for publishing research, may be its "impact factor". Another criteria may be national or international journal. But many journals use the word "international" in their name. In true sense, how a journal can be termed as an "international" journal? Is a journal that does not restrict itself from publishing papers from countries other than the journals' home country, an international journal? Or, a journal whose editorial team consists of people from different nations, is an international journal? Is there any guiding principle to identify a journal as an international journal?
