LOLP, is not applied in the countries of third worlds, where generation is less than the demand, and hence priority based firm, load shedding is the only solution, and could earn good revenue too, could refer my paper, " Microprocessor based load shedding controller......". In developed country, is quit high than demand, and as reliability is quite high, and LOLP would not be needed....
