How to define a gaussian/exponential trap density (for organic semiconductors) in silvaco?

In order to define a Gaussian trap density I am using the following statement (for the exponential trap density):

ODEFECTS HD=1E17 CONTINUOUS=TRUE SIGDH=1E-8 TCD=300

However, this shows zero trap density in the tonyplot of the .str file generated. Is there a parameter I am missing? What am I doing wrong here?
