Dear Professor,
This is a very important topic of discussion from your side. I have also observed the same. Sometimes the students are so reluctant that they do not want to join the class when the class is being conducted online. I have used a technique. I have converted myself into a story-telling teacher. These days when I am teaching, I am telling stories about the topics that I am teaching. This technique is helping me to pull back the concentration of the students during online classes.

But you can try by delivering intresting lrctures
You should involve your students more and more activities and make them busy with their classroom activities, so that they will egerly participate. Also allocation of marks so that they conducts and participates their electronic classroom more attaintively.

Online teaching is a learning experience, teacher should have lot of patience while teaching online
Yes, this is true. I noticed that some students during the online lecture are busy in other matters, and therefore I assigned them duties that require them to study text and video lectures using the program Google Forms
This is one of the drawbacks of electronic class. You cannot really control what's happening in people's comfort zones. However one can make the lecture more interesting and participatory. Engage and involve all the members of the class in the online class. Ask questions from the students as the lectures go on. Use practical examples And employ the use of pre-lecture and post-lecture tests or assessments.
I tend to give activities can ensures their participation. Sometime I rotate the class discussions for each student to lead. I also give video challenges where students record short video that is shared with the group and the topic is then discussed. The key is to try to make in engaging and learner centred.
Whatever you do, you will always have interested and involved students as well as uninterested and uninterested students. The important thing is to prepare well. The rest will be done by each student based on their own interest and seriousness with their studies.
By giving exrta activities like home work,reports&giving extra marks for these activities.Asking uiinterested students in the class to inforce them to join the class, i think by this method all students share discussion& competition with each other.
It's fact that online classes is very hard for weak students. Home work, assignments, and experiments are the best activities options for improvement of the weak students.
Dear Niam A.Fawaz Participatory approach may be followed to make it more interesting. Moreover, an online teacher must be a good motivator too.

1. Ask them continuously about the subject.
2. Doing inverse classroom where several students have to present.
3. Putting frequent short queries or examinations.
4. Using the digivote system to have them answer at questions or their opinion.
5. Asking them to tell their experiences with the subject analyzed.
