I'm not sure if I understood correctly your question. Anyways, interesting paper!
The researchers identified that in 26 trials published by two authors (from the same Egyptian institution, in the same disease, in a short period of time) the baseline characteristics and outcome data were similar, and the statistical tests showed that the data do not behave with the variability expected by chance. Thus, they suggested that there is an issue with data integrity or fraud in such trials. If I were the author of these 26 trials and if the data published in the studies are legitimate, I would respond with a letter to the scientific community and make available the databases and informed consent signed by patients as proof of integrity. Otherwise, it is worth retracting the trials at the journals where they were published. Best Regards,
