I could not find a copy of the Stratigraphical atlas of fossil foraminifera by Jenkins and Murray, 1989. Please If you have a link from where I can get one, could you provide it to me?

You can use Timescale Creator (TSC) as Ivan suggested above. The most recent version of TSC will give you the most up-to-date stratigraphic boundaries and biozonation schemes. You can choose the age range of your interval of interest and save the chart as an .SVG file which can then be imported into a vector graphics package such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw to add extra data.

Next you need to identify the ranges of the microfossils you wish to depict. This can be done by looking at published ranges of these taxa and/or your own observations from your stratigraphic section. Once defined, you can then add these as solid bars or relative abundances against the geologic timescale chart from TSC. It is usual practice to order the microfossils from oldest to youngest (based on first occurrence) going from left to right in your diagram.
