For graphical display of WRF output data, there is NCL script, but i have not found any working script for converting data to text or other readable format. there are some softwares but they are need activation for use.

If I were you in this situation, I would use ARWpost to post-process the WRF output and work in the GrADS to play around the data. In this path, you can also change it into netCDF using CDO and ctl file which was created by the ARWpost.
Just install ARWpost software which comes with the WRF, and you are good to go!

Kishore Ragi Sir I have to convert data to either text, or excel file to utilize this data for NN. Can ARWpost convert it to such formats? Or Should I go for NCL scripts in this situation. Also, NCL scripts for displaying output in graphical form are available on some websites but to convert data to text, I couldn't find any working script.

Yes, you can do it.
Just compile ARWpost and the executable is created. Use the executable to write a ctl file for the WRF output. Then, you do the following.
cdo -f nc import_binary output.ctl output.nc (it creates the netcdf file of the WRF output)
cdo selvar,var1,var2, ... output.nc vars.nc (extract your selected variables (var1,var2,...) in vars.nc)
Then you can use software like netcdf2excel. Just search in google. Using netcdf2excel, you can import your variables into excel file.
