According to my tables 1 Joule is equal to
1J = 6,24*1018eV = 6,24*1012MeV *)

so, for 1Gy = 1J/kg we have:
1Gy= 6,24*1012MeV/kg = 6,24*1012MeV/(1000g)=
=6,24*1012MeV/(1000*1000mg)=6,24*106MeV/mg
So, finally, for 1kGy (as requested):
1kGy =1000Gy =1000*6,24*106MeV/mg = 6,24*109MeV/mg

and please repeate the calculations by your own...
