How to convert time domain input and output data (u(t) and y(t)) to frequency response?

I have measured output from a sensor in terms of vector (y(t)) samples at Ts and also the input applied (u(t)), I would like to convert above data to frequency response and get output as frequency vector and complex data vector from the measurements.

all this using MATLAB.

any suggestion would be helpful!!!!!
