How to convert QDs molarity to ug/ml?

I want to calculate the concentration in terms of ug/ml for core/shell (CdSe/ZnS) QDS. size is 3nm found from TEM. I calculated the concentration in terms of Molarity but I got stuck in converting the M to ug/ml. pls help me in this.
