Ozonizer is used to disinfect veg/fruits by soaking them in water and inserting a tube from the machine which injects ozone in the water.
Ozonizer says 400 mg/hr. 1 ppm is 1 mg/L. So if I take a water of 1 L, in one hour I would have 400 ppm of ozone in that?
And how do we model, how much of that is released to air?
I am trying to arrive at how to safely operate ozonizer. Humans could detect ozone at 0.01 ppm itself, and even at 1 ppm, that would be a pungent smell, but so far, I have never seen any ozonizer producing that much smell.
