The usual expression of the electrical conductivity is e^2*n_e/(m_e*v_ei) where e is the electrical charge, n_e the electron density, m_e electron mass and v_ei is the collision frequency between electron-ions.
Simply multiply your CGS expression by 4*Pi*epsilon_0, where epsilon_0=8.85x10^(-12)F/m is the vacuum permittivity. In other words,
sigma_{SI}=4*Pi*epsilon_0*sigma_{CGS}
